I have my third interview with a company on Friday. It is mostly a work from home, travel to the office to configure equipment deal. From what I have gathered, they will want me to go after the CCIE Collab and will help pay for it. I have had a love/hate relationship with Voice for a while, but I think that if I am working for a company with that as a primary focus, I will be able to learn a ton and actually enjoy voice again.
