Desperate need guidance on job experience, please help me!

I was a business major in college. Last Fall I decided to focus on IT, however, I have no prior experience. I started off with A+ that I passed in August. In November, I got an entry level PC Integration Job with only $12/hr. First two months all did was enrolling chromebooks for schools, some imaging for iMacs, building carts. However, till now, I'm still doing the same thing, managers won't teach me and the people hired after me. Now the job is more manual labor, we work in a warehouse and with so many computers to image. Now, they sent me on deliveries most days which take up more than 4 or 5 hours. I'm still working on Network+ but I can't find any help desk or desktop support job, most require experiences. I live in San Jose, silicon valley but I can't find any entry position that I can learn more. It is very frustrating for me because $12/hr without learn much is really hard to motivate me. I really need some guidance. My resume is below for any feedback. Thank you guys.

I am also living in the Bay Area and I've noticed how hard getting an entry level Tech position is. You are very fortunate to have one. My advice is to finish your bachelors degree as it is a check box to most employers in the Bay Area.

Put your certificate section on the top and also elaborate a bit more on your job position. 3 bullet points wont cut it and wont impress anyone.

If no one will teach you anything then it's either the case that they don't know much more than you do, don't have the time/don't want to make the time, are a-holes, or a combination of the above. If you can't expand your knowledge at work, expand it at home. Try to learn things to do your job better. Maybe look for tech jobs in school districts. If you have knowledge in Chromebooks and a lot of school districts are using them, then that's an area where you might have a leg up over other applicsnts and would be exposed to other things that would broaden your skillset.

Sounds like you're young, so just to throw it out there - do you have any substantial ties to your area that you HAVE to stay there? If the area is already over saturated with people with identical skill sets looking for the same positions, that could be the problem. Look around Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc in other places in your general region to see what's available? Otherwise I'd give the same advice I give everybody looking for a job - social networking is a huge help. Join as many local IT groups that you have time for and be very sociable and outgoing in them. It's a lot easier for someone to hire someone they know, hang out with, and like as opposed to someone they meet on a piece of paper and talk to once for 30 minutes.

Thank you for the replies. At work there are two brothers who worked there first and they were taught the most. They will teach me depend on what we are doing. However, we been doing the same things over and over again. All I got was instructions without telling me explanation or what programs we using. There is no advancement for this job and I'm the only one with A+ but it doesn't mean anything to the company. I really hope I can land a help desk or desktop support to finally get the experience I need.
