What does the OSCP bill look like?

I was just wondering if someone could let me know what the OSCP receipt looks like. If I take the course and obtain the certification, I can get my employer to pay for the cost of the exam. Is the exam cost broken down as a separate charge, or is the course and exam a lump sum charge?

    To add to that, there is an exam attempt included in each purchase of the lab time, it's not a separate charge. If you want to retake the exam then it will be billed as an individual charge ($60 right now). When you first purchase the course it's a single fee based on the amount of lab time you selected.
