Passed AWS Developer - Associate

I passed this morning with an 85%. This was the easiest of the Associate exams, of course I have already passed 3 other AWS exams and there are only so many ways you can ask questions about a VPC. I was in and out fast enough that the drink I left in the car was still cool. I also felt this was the most dated of the exams. Questions used several old terms, a couple I had never heard before. This exam needs a refresh.
I spent a few evenings preparing. I went through a couple of sections in the ACloudGuru course one night and decided to use my free AWS practice test the next day to see where I needed work. I passed that with a 100% and booked the exam the next day. It was about a week before I could fit it into my schedule, so I spent an evening reading about DynamoDB and another going through the summaries and quizzes from ACloudGuru.
DevOps Pro is up next in a few weeks to complete all 5 AWS certifications.

I'm a .NET developer (primarily) who may have to start moving applications to AWS soon, due to customer requirements.
Would this exam be a good place for me to start? Are there any books you would recommend, or should I just set up an AWS account and start trying things? -

The Certified Solutions Architect - Associate is the more popular exam. There are about 18,000 CSAs and only about 4,000 Developers. I would start with the CSA and you could always add the other exams later. Perhaps as a pre-req for the DevOps Pro.
The courses from http://ACloud.Guru are the most popular. You can learn almost all of it from a combination of the FAQs for each service, AWS whitepapers, and re:Invent presentations from the AWS YouTube channel.
