Hi All,
I passed MS Exam 98-364 this morning. Useful resources for me were the DB Fundamentals course on Lynda.com as well as the fundamentals course on Microsoft Virtual Academy.
I also used practice tests on ucertify.com. These I found to be harder than the actual exam; if you're scoring 90% on their practice tests you should be fine on the real one.
While it doesn't directly map to the objectives of 98-364 like the MVA or Lynda.com courses, I also found the below playlist on Youtube about database design to be really helpful:
