Best Book and CBT Combo

Been away from the forum for months now, got my ass kicked with cancer. I am almost done with chemo and I am in remission, so its time to get back to work. I am going to start With Linux+. What is the best book/CBT combo to use? I can get the book from Amazon, but should I use CBT Nuggets, Pluralsight or another for the learning videos. Also, what would I need for a good lab?

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion you may have.

    I can't comment on Linux+ as I never taken it, but I would suggest starting with this excellent free ebook The Linux Command Line by William E. Shotts, Jr.
    Also I would highly recommend subscribing to Safari books online as it has a wealth of books and videos and I personally found linuxcbt.com videos to be of very high quality and in-depth.
