Cloud+ vs. AWS Cert

I am looking to increase my cloud computing knowledge and wanted to know which certification pursuit would be most beneficial. I thought that Comptia Cloud+ would be the way to go but wonder if I should just go directly to AWS since they are the major player in it.

FYI, I'd probably start studying in 2017 if that helps in the evaluation

Any thoughts on it would be appreciated
Thanks

Go with AWS. Cloud+ is not really recognized throughout the industry. For the $285 you spend on Cloud+ you can do the Azure and AWS test.

    Thanks for the reply magmadragoon

I was figuring I would try the solutions architect exam. Which exam track do you think would be best pursued for fundamentals?

Solutions architect first to get the basics of the whole environment and how to deploy your infrastructure in the cloud. Then I would go to system administration which goes deeper into deploying instances, databases, and network.
