Outbound and Inbound SIP Calls not working

dmaisudmaisu Registered Users Posts: 1 ■□□□□□□□□□
Hi,

I am having problems making outbound and inbound calls on a SIP trunk.
SIP registration is up but unable to make inbound and outbound calls, its giving a fast busy tone.

I ran a debug voice ccapi inout and collected teh logs.
I am getting Disconnect Cause=57 on inbound calls and Disconnect Cause=102 on outbound calls

Thanks,

Dan

    Hi,

Doesn't seem to be enough info to run with. Off the top of my head, if you're using NAT it might be a good idea to use the "media flow-through" command on your CUBE/EDGE router (instead of NAT) and double check your codecs (usually try to do g711ulaw then fiddle around and try g729 out but only if you get calls working in & out).

    Agreed, not enough information.
This guide should get you going CUBE Configuration Step-By-Step. Part 1 - UCPros
