Not currently looking for anything new, however, would like to get into some Network Security role within the next 2-3 years. I know that's a long time but it still doesn't hurt to get my resume looked over. Don't go too hard on me, guys.

I was told by an HR person once to never have bullets, but just a brief synopsis of each job. Just a paragraph is enough.

There are different schools of thought regarding most resume thing. I personally hate what I call the bullet fest (should trademark this). Bullets are mean to emphasize something. If you bullet everything, the essence of the bullet is lost.

Take for example your "Performs a variety of electronic and technical assignments on data communications equipment and systems under general supervision" bullet. That tells me nothing. It's way to vague and general. You would be better served by doing a short paragraph that summarizes your duties and responsibilities and then save 2-3 bullets to showcase how your contributions brought value to the business.

For example, saying something along the lines of "Implemented XYZ as part of project ABC which resulted in $Amount saved over X years". This has way more impact than your original statement.

Remember that hiring managers do not care about "install, deploy, maintain". Every IT monkey can do that. We want people who stand out from the thousands of candidates out there. The easier we can link your contributions to our needs, the faster we will call you.

You know, I've heard many different opinions on bullet points versus paragraph format for a job description/duties. Everyone has a different opinion. I've never thought about utilizing both. That's a great idea.
