Having passed Route and Switch previosuly before I had a pretty good NOC job, be it with low 800 range marks, today i finally passed TShoot with a perfect score.

I was holding off since in my opinion a CCNP is worthless without exposure to large and varied networks or without being a pure 'Cisco Shop'. You also need to able to justify the technical aspect...

Stuff I had to refresh on to prepare:
  • Redistribution / Route Maps
  • EIGRP / Route Filtering
  • GRE Tunnels
  • IPv6
Further to the above I had the topology built on physical equipment and knew it fairly well, hence the good score.

I thought I'd post for the sake of completeness and the fact this forum was one of my first stops on my Cisco Journey. :)
