Book is ordered should be here next week. I'm leading a CISSP study group right now so i figured this would be the best time to squeeze in CISM and the fact that im too poor to afford GCIH Lol. Any tips from you guys who passed would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently only going to use the CISM review Manual, Cybrary Videos( In K Handehan we trust). And im looking for practice test

Lots of coffee. The CISM manual is really boring and dry. Great if you have insomnia and need something to help you sleep though icon_smile.gif

If I recall because it was a while ago - with the official ISC2 books, you could get by with tea instead of coffee.

Though the review manual is of value, the Questions, Answers and Explanations (QAE) database is what gives priceless input when preparing for the exam itself. These 2 together should work out.

Hey, The best practise test is with ISACA for CISM, QAE. Go for it without doubt.

Yup, agree. Just remember, with the practice questions understand WHY an answer is correct or WHY an answer is wrong. Don't memorize them. That will do you no good.

Good luck! I plan to start the CISM journey later this year after I complete GCIA.
