I wish I could give great insight into how I did this, but I was using uCertify as a part of WGU and the material was awful. I ended up relying on what I knew from my job plus some basic chapters I read. (I literally have no idea how I passed this exam.)

That fact that you passed validates that you already have knowledge of a lot of the foundation IT project concepts. So, the pass is still valid.
