I was dissapointed but i know now exactly what i have to do to get it the next time.

    No Technology isn't the sims ...Troubleshooting is. Test wasn't hard i just think i got too relaxed when i finished the sim and made some simple mistakes.

    Technolgy is actually the evaluation of HDLC and PPP, Frame Relay..packet control. Here's the link that shows each area.

    Real bummer that. Good thing is you will nail it next time... Rebook as soon as you can and spend that time working on that 50%
