just out of curiousity, does anyone recall getting questions about viruses, trojans, malware, hacking, or UPS ???

No one can tell you their questions on the "real test" because of the NDA. However, a look through the objectives only turned up the following:3.10 Identify the purpose, benefits and characteristics of using antivirus software.
and this:3.11 Identify the purpose and characteristics of fault tolerance:
• Power
• Link redundancy
• Storage
• Services
