It really doesn't even matter but I was just noticing that there are members and senior members. What is the difference and how do you get to a senior member status? Is it just length of time you have been a member?

The forum software supports 'ranks', once you posted 100 posts you'll become a senior member. I haven't been able to come up with some meaningful ranks, and the whole rank thing sometimes causes some people to post often useless posts just to get to the 100. I'm thinking of modifying the software and make the rank field user-definable in the profile, not an item on my priority list though

Thank you for the input. As I said before, it really doesn't mean a whole lot to me if im a senior member or a member. I am still getting the same information!
