What is configured in the ISP router when customer is using IP Leased Circuit?

What is configured in the ISP router when customer is using IP Leased Circuit?
Is the concept of PE present when a customer is using IPLC?
I am only aware that PE are present when MPLS is being used.

The CCNP/CCIE videos only talk about MPLS and not IPLC.

    Prob a late response but ill answer.

    For IPLC the ISP would usually have to build a SDH path for you, then they would implement MPLS TE/L3VPN as well as IP transit (BGP stuff ie communities etc) its more based on what type of services you need to be able to reach @ your geographical locations.

    But basically thats the meat of it.

    As for equipment on the Transmission side the ISP would be using either Alcatel/Ciena/Calix/Huawei for there fiber equipment.

    Big tier 1 carriers are like NTT, GTT, Liberty Global, Level 3 etc should be able to provide IPLC.

    I am getting confused. IPLC means Layer 2 point to point circuit from customer Point of view.
    Why will the ISP implement MPLS TE/L3VPN as well as BGP?

    From the customer perspective it would be only point to point, however in the ISP core network you would see MPLS l3/TE (with MP-BGP) and BGP with their upstream provider etc`s.

    From your perspective it`s a point to point circuit with your offices etc.
