in CCNA & CCENT
I passed CCNA 640-607 on 31 Oct , but didn't get any confirmation email from cisco. I used there certification Tracking System but there also nothing written there, how ever my account is there.Pls tell me is there anything going wrong so that i contact my VUE center. 
Is cisco immediately sends an email when your result is uploaded in there website ??

Perhaps they are a little slow because of the weekend. It may take a week sometimes before the tracking system is updated, although usually it happens in a couple of days. I think you should wait a bit longer and if that doesn't help:
