in MCSA / MCSE on Windows 2012 General
Will WGU accept this, or do i have to take the 410/411/412? I asked the EC but he wasn't much help and didn't even know.

    It will meet the requirement for those classes because it gets you the MCSA 2012. They look at the MCSA and not the exams once you have it.
