Microsoft are currently transitioning from 2-yearly recertification to yearly "re-earning" of certifications, which is resulting in some surprising buy-one-get-one-free situations.

For example, a person who already has MCSA (SQL Server 2012/14) can upgrade to MCSA (SQL Server 2016) by passing a single exam (70-762), and get a "free" MCSE (Data Management and Analytics) at the same time.

I have used them before, and they're a valid vendor.

I have used them as well. They are very customer oriented. I bought two vouchers with about fifteen days of use left on them, which meant a really nice discount. They called me within minutes of placing the order so that they could verify that I knew that the vouchers were expiring soon. Since I didn't recognize the number, I let it go to voicemail. They left a message and sent an email. When I responded to the email, they added an additional fifteen days onto the vouchers at no additional cost. Now, I always start at their website when I need to purchase a voucher.
