EquiHaX CEO Out

Well it has been a somewhat quiet week concerning Equihax, I mean Equifax. However, today it has been reported that the CEO has suddenly "retired". The first thing that Equifax has done right thus far in my opinion. Finally signally that not only is this an "IT" problem, but a business problem. To me this is owning up to the fact that there were failures outside of the CISO and CIO reporting chain.

well, how much was his 'payout'? With that payout, they should pay the people that the hack has affected. That will never happen...

He got his pay out last month (while the media distracted from the real story)

He wasnt one of the three who sold shares before announcing... that was CFO who is still (for now at least) employed.

I have read 4 or 5 different articles on his step down and they all say he did not receive his annual bonus... don't know what his 'out to pasture' payment was, I'm sure it will be in their next SEC filing though

All I saw was an $18 mil pension. No word about bonuses. He was eligible for $3 mil this year but apparently that hasn't been disbursed.

Still too much. Should go to the people that were affected. Criminal on what happened.
