Azure or AWS for client certification lab

Hi

I'm currently working towards the Wondows 10 MCSA, and I have built a really simple Hyper-V lab which has 2 workstations (1 Win7 and 1 Win10) and a Server (2016).

The thing is the Hyper-V lab is on my laptop at the moment, but I was wondering if its possible to build something similar in Azure or AWS. I have logged on and had a look but can only see VMs for Windows Server ?

Is it possible to create VMs with client OS on ?

I was hoping to build at more detailed test environment for my work, but wanted to have a few clients in there to test images etc.

Thanks
Matthew

Azure not supporting Desktop OSs and I think AWS too.
