Hi all, I take my 70-290 this Friday after 4 weeks of study +years of working with NT4 and some W2K3 AD.

That said, I am hoping some of you testers will comment on whether you saw SUS or WSUS on the most recent exam?

Thanks in advance!

I tested twice in the last month (passed 2nd time around) and only SUS was covered on both exams.

    Good Luck!

I took my tests this last spring, and I saw only SUS. I've heard some talk that the tests have been updated with WSUS information, so I'd recommend being familiar with both. Although, you have to remember that WSUS is, in essence, a beefier version of SUS, and the differences are more in what additional features WSUS comes with. Learn WSUS, take a peek at the TechNet pages on SUS, (especially the pages dedicated to upgrading from SUS to WSUS and the ones that highlight the differences,) and you should be fine.

My MS Press book which I purchased last month only has WSUS covered. They have a little footnote that MS is moving to WSUS and will be slowly replacing SUS with WSUS on the exams. The book moved all SUS information onto the CD - rather than the printed material.

I'm planning on reading over both.

it depends on the area and time frame. sometime in late summer, early fall of 06 MS started rolling out WSUS in the exams...

I think there might be a little of both....

    did you study any WSUS?
do you think you passed them?

everything I studies so far only geared me up for SUS icon_cry.gif

is there any recommend place on say technet or any other sites where I might be able to quickly brush up on the new bits?

    thanks

Took my test on Friday, December 8th. Passed (885) with 3 WSUS questions.

    took it yesterday, WSUS...

with SUS going out of phase, and WSUS 3.0 coming out soon, it should all be WSUS on the exams soon....

As of Dec 6th SUS is no longer supported and can no longer be synced with MS.

Yes WSUS is covered but i uses SUS technique - so don't panic.
