CSA+ question value

Good day,

I am currently preparing for the CSA+ exam and I was wondering if the value of the questions on the exam was the same or is it different like for the SSCP where questions can have different value.

If the exam is 85 questions and the passing score is 750/900, then you can only get about 15 questions wrong if every question is worth the same.

CompTIA doesn't publish the exact grading algorithm. The exam is adaptive and varies each time. The exam isn't necessarily 85 questions--it's UP to 85 questions. Some questions are worth more points than others and some questions are experimental and worth zero points. Some questions are checkbox-style and you can get partial credit.

Ok thanks. Looks like we're on the same path. I'm planning to do the OSCP after CSA as well.
