In-progress Cert on Resume

So I know it wouldn't look good to list a whole bunch of "in-progress" certs on a resume, but how about a single one at the bottom of the list of several completed certs?

I decided not to list it on my resume. But I still disagree with the notion that mentioning an in-progress cert is equivalent to taking credit for having the cert. That doesn't computer in my head at all.

Given that, if I'm asked what I'm working on in an interview, I'm going to bring it up. I can't see saying, "Nothing. I'm not working on anything at all." being the better avenue.

You can say in a interview that you are in the process of attaining (cert, degree etc). However, putting that on your resume is a 'no-no'.

It's not IMO. I've done it and never had an issue. Just use common sense and only add something you are actively working on and when pressed can talk to it. Not a big deal at all.

I listed as working towards. Maybe one or 2 depends on the job description.
