Should I take Network+ or Security+ next?
Hi,
I am a bachelor's degree security graduate as of May 2018, and when I was in high school they let me take CCNA and passed it. I am looking to take CompTIA certificates, some say that Network+ contains all the fundamentals to understand and take Security+ and makes it more easier to test. But some also say Security+ is more necessary.
So, as an IT Security graduate, and based on everyone's professional opinion, which certificate would be more accurate to take?

I think with a CCNA you should be good just to go straight onto Sec+.Certifications - A+, Net+, Sec+, Linux+, ITIL v3, MCITP:EDST/EDA, CCNA R&S/Cyber Ops, MCSA:2008/2012, MCSE:CP&I, RHCSA

As Pseudonym mentioned, with your CCNA you should be good to go network wise. Network+ only really covers like a small fraction of the Security+ objectives. You should be able to go straight to Sec+ no problems.Degree: WGU B.S. Network Operations and Security [COMPLETE]
