    My favorites are Juran's Quality Handbook and ASQ's CRE Handbook by Benbow/Broome.

    If you're just starting out, QCI's "CSSGB Primer" is good outline, especially when paired with a good stats resource. Check out David Lane's Free Stats Book and Stanford's Stats MOOC (these are free). MIT also has some free lectures on lean thinking.

    Be very careful with ASQ's current publications. Despite being the biggest name in town, their official CSSGB/CSSBB study guides are chock-full of errors, particularly in the stats sections.
