Microsoft has released the beta exams for a new Azure cert: Azure Administrator
The cert consists of two exams, Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment and Microsoft Azure Integration and Security. If you've already taken the 70-533 exam, there is a single transition exam to earn this new cert: Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification Transition
No word yet as to how this new cert plays into existing MCSA/MCSE paths.
