If ever I have questions, it only took them like hours, probably 2-4 hrs before responding, even late nights, even weekends. Not sure where the hate is coming from but I really appreciate what ELS is doing to provide the right skillsets to us, folks.

Going by the ELS forums, they won't come out and tell you the answer, and they won't allow people to say what's on the final exam. They do give good hints that you can use. I've gone through, and found a few things to brush up on based on those answers. I'm glad they won't just give answers. They seem like they are really responsive and give good hints to users. I haven't had any issues, but I haven't had to reach out yet.

How did you guys manage to complete the course ? I don't want to sound so negative, I do appreciate all the effort elearnsecurity is putting into the courses but when I pay 100usd per video, I expect it to be worth it.
elearnsecurity response: NOTHING
