You can go for Network admin I with a CCNA. The difference in pay is like $10/hr more. Security+ is a bare minimum though.

After researching some of the CE certs, it seems like most if not all of them are retired exams except for server+. Do you know if this list is still the active list, or if they have updated it with more recent cert exams? Maybe I should contact a recruiter and ask what CE cert they recommend.
Btw, were any of you guys hired with your baseline cert only and then obtained your CE cert during the clearance/medical/etc. processing period?
