As some of you know i am bearish with certification, not giving them much credence for the most part. Well..... I'll eat crow.
I was approach by senior management about moving up from senior technical consultant (architect) to a senior manager role in process and quality, in the IT department. Just want to say there are ~4 of us I stood out on my own merit, however...... They noted my CSM (certification scrum master) designation. Just saying....
I'll keep you posted, but this one really has given me a lot of traction. I even put it on my internal and external emails.
