Thanks for sharing with us! Also, I think if you need to create a website, in some cases it is easier to find a company that provides web app development services. That way, you can be sure you'll get a quality product in the end. -

Developing inhouse can be great. However, if that developer doesn't document his work properly and leaves the company, that can cause problems for the company later, especially if something breaks. Hiring a third party to develop and maintain your app (Software-as-a-Service) can work well if done properly.
