I generally recommend that you list your key skills towards the top of your resume, right under the professional summary. That way, your most important skills are the first thing the hiring manager will see when taking a look at your resume. You can then relate those skills directly to a more detailed bullet in your employment history.

As far as why you may not be getting calls, that might also be dependent on your market. Like you may have heard before, larger cities generally have much higher demand for IT professionals, so you might want to consider expanding your search radius if that's an option.

    Initial Impression
    • You are a junior system administrator but touched a good range of systems.  You are not silo-ed.
    • Your network administration is probably entry level and you are not suited for a network dedicated position.
    • Since you were able to prove yourself at the Helpdesk and move into a System Administration role, you are likely a go-getter.
    • A few formatting errors drew my eye really quick making me think you would not be good at drafting work instructions, operating procedures, or policies.  It also
Questions I might have as a hiring manager
    • What standards did you use when setting up servers?  Best business practices, security frameworks (NIST, CIS), architecture frameworks (TOGAF), ect.
    • What did you do with your Cisco ASA?  Local access VPN? Site to site VPN?  Firewall filtering?  Traffic shaping?  Perimeter routing?
    • You highlighted VDI in your job summary but didn't elaborate.  What level of VDI did you maintain?  Is this Docker?  Cloud DaaS / SaaS?  VMware Horizon?  Zero/Thin clients with RDP?
    • You did 3 CompTIA courses.  Why haven't you finished the certification?
    • Was your bachelors degree in Art?  Or it is a Bachelors of Art?  If it's a BA, what is the concentration?
    Personal Opinion
    • Remove the "Professional Summary".  Some hiring managers want to see it, but I personally ignore it (so do most others I know).
    • Remove the Personal Details section.  This information is not useful to a hiring manager and opens you up to the chance of being discriminated against.  Definitely redact this information when asking for opinions.
    • Remove "Network" from your title - your network experience (as it sounds on your resume) is in the scope expected of a System Administrator.  If I were looking for a network administrator, I would stop reading after about half a page of your resume.  If I were looking for a System Administrator with network experience, I wouldn't be looking for resumes with "Network Administrator" in the title.
    Format critique
    • Change title header from System &Network administrator to System & Network Administrator
    • Make your text boxes the same size - Experience & Certification are bigger than other boxes causing format errors
    • Add a space between MCSA: and Microsoft  in your certifications.  Same for the MCITP:
    • Add a space between Antivirus, and Exchange in your key skills.  same with Firepower, and TMG.
    • If you keep the Personal Details section, remove the space after Date and the space between and st.

    Just peaking at this quickly.

I like your Professional Summary, but I think it doesn’t show case all your skills and abilities.

For your first job System Administrator.   Change the tense for some of the sentences    For example mange, should be manages.  Ensure, should be ensures.   Also, reduce the bullet points.

On your second job please provide a brief paragraph of what you did while you worked there.  (similar to what you did  on the first job)

    Change these too please:

ü  Good hand on Experience on Cisco Firepower and TMG to manage internet access.

ü  Good hand on Experience on Acronis, Symantec Backup exec version 2012 & 20.3. Creating backup policy, scheduling, restoring, planning and design

    Other tips:

Cut the bullet points/check marks down to 5 per job.

Remove the personal details section, and the application section.
