  Choose your country and go from there. You can find a live course or something that is self paced.

  
  

  If you think you can pass the exam on your own just by labbing and reading the books (via Amazon) which are just as good but cheaper than the books you can buy on the EC Council website. You will have to pay a fee ~$250 USD.
