According to cisco.com, beginning May 29, 2020:
  • Cisco will release an updated and consolidated exam (200-201 CBROPS) that will replace the current CCNA Cyber Ops certification exams (210-250 SECOPS and 210-255 SECFND).
  • If you already passed one of the two current exams, you have until May 28, 2020 to complete the CCNA Cyber Ops certification.
  • If you finish certification using the current exams, you will receive the Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification and badge.
  • If you held an active CCNA Cyber Ops Associate certification prior to February 24, 2020, you received the Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification and badge on February 24, 2020.

So the old and new Cisco Cyber\s?Ops certs are clearly not a part of the new CCNA certification family and is off in its own space. If "SOC analyst" is on your career path then I see no problem recommending you getting both certs--assuming the pricing of 200-201 is reasonable.
