200-201 Cisco CyberOps Associate (replacement for CCNA Cyber Ops)

According to cisco.com, beginning May 29, 2020:
So the old and new Cisco Cyber\s?Ops certs are clearly not a part of the new CCNA certification family and is off in its own space. If "SOC analyst" is on your career path then I see no problem recommending you getting both certs--assuming the pricing of 200-201 is reasonable.
- Cisco will replace the CCNA Cyber Ops certification with the Cisco CyberOps Associate certification.
- Cisco will release an updated and consolidated exam (200-201 CBROPS) that will replace the current CCNA Cyber Ops certification exams (210-250 SECOPS and 210-255 SECFND).
- If you already passed one of the two current exams, you have until May 28, 2020 to complete the CCNA Cyber Ops certification.
- If you finish certification using the current exams, you will receive the Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification and badge.
- If you held an active CCNA Cyber Ops Associate certification prior to February 24, 2020, you received the Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification and badge on February 24, 2020.

Weird just looked at my CCNA Cyber Ops cert and it says "Cisco Certified Cyber Ops Associate." Wow Mandela effect -- I don't have two CCNAs.A+, Network+, CCNA, LFCS,

According to this thread on The Cisco Learning Network, there will be a CyberOps track similar to the DevNet track consisting of CyberOps Associate, CyberOps Specialist, CyberOps Professional, and CyberOps Expert. Keep checking the Cisco CyberOps Certification Community for new information on the CyberOps track.

Thanks JDMurray, very informative. Although I kind of like the fact that Cisco no longer considers the CyberOps Associate to be a CCNA, I wonder if removing it will deincentivize people to pursue this track at all. Because of this, I'm a bit pessimistic that this cert will survive long enough to grow into CCCP and CCCE tracks (or whatever the naming will be). I'm think the new "CyberOps track" has a good chance of gaining a reputation with the security community on par with what the CCxx certs have with the networking community. I would not want someone getting a CyberOps cert to be regarded as a CCNA/CCNP/CCIE if they haven't passed those exams.
