Cisco/Pearson testing changes

Did anyone else have their username changed for their Cisco profile on PearsonVue?  I only found out because my current username wasn’t working and I followed the recover my username process.  My old password didn’t work with my new username and I had to reset it to log into my account.  Did they get hacked/compromised?

Also, I received a score report today with a new format.  They no longer show what score you received.  It just says pass/fail with a giant picture of your face.  There is still the section that tells you your percentage for each section.  I wonder why they’re making the image so large now.

    I logged in to my PV account today just fine and with no changes noticed.

    I think I’ll contact them and find out what happened.  They only added a single character to the end of my old username, but it’s weird they would make that type of change without notifying me in advance.

    I spoke with PearsonVue and the all center person read off a script and said there was some type of upgrade and they had to change usernames to make sure they were unique.

    Sounds a little suspicious to me.

    Pearson really needs to hire better social media managers.
