Does anyone know how difficult Palo Alto certs are compared to Cisco certs?

From my perspective - PA are easier but Cisco I did years ago with less experience. Definitely less questions based on theory
I'm just doing my job, nothing personal, sorry

    60+ certs...and I'm not counting anymore

I’ve been going through the free study materials on their website and I see what you were saying about less theory.

Correct, they are testing your ability to use their product not networking. Thats the biggest difference between these exams.
