Well.. almost all GIAC certification require the appropriate SANS course.. so is 7600K the class + 800$ for the exam.   2000$ without the course.

What's your study time worth per hour?

None of the certs listed come close to a SANS training and cert
Certs: GSTRT, GPEN, GCFA, CISM, CRISC, RHCE

The OP wants to know "the most expensive IT certifications to achieve." This includes all money spent and not earned while achieving the cert. For example, if studying an hour for a cert prevents me from doing a job where I earn $50/hour then I have spent $50 (in lost income) towards achieving the cert.

Not sure this is something you can quantify, it might take me 80 hours of study time to pass a certification, were you can do it in 60 hours. I might make $65 a hour where as you $40. Then there the question what you earn, Yes, if I make 100k a year, I could say working 40 hour work week, 52 weeks a year, I make $48 a hour, but if I think it in terms of earning 100k a year, 365 days in a year, 24 hours in a day, I only make $11 a hour. It a incorrect assumption to say a Auto Mechanic charged $80 a hour to fix your car, to then assume he make $166k a year, based on a 40 hr work week, since not every hour he's working is billable hours. Another comparison would be a prostitute, a typical going rate is $300 a hour, so one can assume they are making over 600k a year, but in reality the "average salary for a street walker is around 28k a year, when you account for all the time they are waiting around for clients.

How about (N study hours) * ($ per hour) and let the reader of the article fill in their own numbers?
