Will comptia allow you to get a copy of your certifications now? If memory serves back in 2003 when I passed my A+ and Network+ exams when I received my card and the frame sized certi it said something along the lines if you lose them you can not get a replacement. Does anyone know if that has changed?
No employer has ever asked to see them but just in case one might i would like to have them on hand. not to mention just to have. Two of the few accomplishments in life i ever set my mind out to do and accomplished it. I never hung them on a wall or anything but they were nice to have.
Thanks all.

I tried to log on to certmetrics.com/comptia and it redirected to comptia.org, where I couldn't find anyplace that had my specific cert info. Very confusing if it's not broken.

OptionsFluffyBunny Member Posts: 230 ■■■■■□□□□□CompTIA did a rework of their authentication a few months back. See here for more details -> https://www.reddit.com/r/CompTIA/comments/rdl5ac/comptia_sso_migration_issues/
You need to login via your CompTIA SSO and from that page you can either go to PearsonVue to book exams (via "Manage your exams"), or your CertMetrics dashboard (via "Manage your certifications).

Check out the Reddit thread I linked to, as I do believe the CompTIA rep included instructions on getting help if your SSO borks. -
OptionsJDMurray Admin Posts: 13,028 AdminI login to https://login.comptia.org/ and it just redirects me back to https://login.comptia.org/ and there are no obvious buttons or menu items displayed that show me my certification dashboard with the same info I saw in the Certmetrics dashboard. The portal recognizes my account creds and I get no authentication errors. Deleting cookies and cache didn't change anything.
