Believe that a review of it on Amazon.com says that it does.

I studied A+ in the first part of 2003, I used the 4th edition. At that time, it was the newest one, so I guess 5th came out just in time.

You should check the review for yourself. Try this one.

Not so much dos, more Win XP, less NT. Floppy drives toned way down, less dot matrix Qs.
