CCA 4 Material?

I just finished my mcse and my boss wats me to get my CCA. I am going for Presentation server 4 as i cant seem to find any study material for presentation server 4.5. What is the best study material recommended for presentation server 4? Should i go for the 4.5 exam or do 4? Where can i download the administrators guide for CCA 4?

    Support.citrix.com for the admin guide. you can also attend a course at a CALC or buy the course book. The Course book will run about $300.

    There is an Exam Cram that covers the 3.0 and 4.0 exams, but I didn't use it.
