  How did you ever become a CCNA and an MCSE without being about to use the web and without knowing about WWW.MICROSOFT.COM or to be more precise http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcsa/ or possibly even using the search feature built into a forum? Sorry about he run on sentence.

  Normally, I am not for these types of answers in forums designed to help people, but in this case, I have to agree. People here certainly don't mind helping, in fact it is one of the friendliest forums that I have ever known. Asking questions that can be found with an quick search on here, Google, or Microsoft is really bad manners.
