Does anybody know a good place cheap to buy the voucher?

I haven't found any place that I'd call "cheap" yet. I've been looking also and http://www.getcertify4less.com sells a bundle for $225 that includes the voucher, 99 prep questions and a pdf download of a "Cert Guide" from Tcat Houser.

It's not a large savings but every little bit counts.
