Scheduled CCNA Intro

Not really sure if I am ready, but I'm sick of reading the same things over and over again and I'm willing to waste a $100 to find if I can move on to fun stuff.

Factoring work, I have probably 1 day worth of actual study time. What would you say I should crash course in? What should I review an hour before the test?

I'd take as many practice tests as I can. Note at the end every one you got wrong and then go and brush up on those topics.

Questions:

What study materials are you using?
Do you have any exam simulators? If so, which one(s) are you using?

I am using CCNA Self Study-CCNA Intro Exam Certification Guide, no simulators. But I do have 3 Cisco routers and a switch. So everything as far as commands, and setup. I have actually done. I know I probably could have done this cert faster, but it's never been my goal just to get the cert. I really just want to know how to set up Cisco equipment. I am just using the cert as a "goal" I suppose.

I am planning on sitting this exam the week after next week. It will be my second time, as I failed the previous time, I was so close to passing!

Alright, 950/1000. I am shocked.

But there was a crazy lab question, which I am sure I messed up on. But I have feeling it was one of the questions that was not graded (only way it could have been with that score!).

Without giving the actual question away, basically it was a drag and drop interactive. You had to place routers, switches, cable types and using only the single router that was placed/partially configured for you, determine the IP addresses of all the devices, then drag and drop the ip addresses onto the diagram you created. Very time consuming.

I also had the test glitch on me once, where I tried a config t, in a sim where config was not supported. But I accidentally hit just config. (not t, terminal)

No problem, just type t and move on. But the test was caught in a loop and anytime I touched the keyboard or hit okay to clear the message I would get the same MessageBox that read, "Config command not supported"

I could not get out of the loop for about 2 minutes, until I did a cntr+c and that dropped me back into the priv mode. Weird, so emailed Cisco on that one.
