CCIE Routing and Switching Track Written Exam Blueprint v3.0
The CCIE Routing and Switching Written Exam v3.0 (350-001) will be available at all worldwide, Cisco-authorized testing centers beginning June 19th, 2007.

There are new MPLS and IPv6 sections.

    Seems like there's a structure change - things moved around... and some subtopics have been removed! (OSI).

    I guess there isn't much need for OSI ... at this point you should know it anyways. It's hard to skip when people constantly talk about L1, 2, [/b]3[/b], & 4. :)

    actually it does contain the osi model .... it's everywhere and part of everything ....

    kind of like the force ..... icon_lol.gif

    lol... just not explicitly. Now no worries about asking specific OSI questions :-p

    Cisco is nice that most things fit into OSI! When I was working telecom, most things don't fit quite so well... most of the L2 / L3+ functions had a good amount of overlap.

    This new format is great! I'm delighted wireless is gone.
    Networking, sometimes i love it, mostly i hate it.Its all about the $$$$
