Understanding IOS features...

I've just booted my CCNA lab for the first time in a while, in a bid to get some more hands on experience and I'm taking more of an interest in what IOS it's running.

It's a 2600 running IK90S3-M, where/how can I determine what features this IOS has?

That would be IP/FW/IDS PLUS IPSEC 3DES BASIC feature set I think.

I always use Cisco Feature Navigator to check what IOS version had which feature.

Indeed it is, might be useful in the higher cert labs?

All information is valuable, especially in higher labs.
