Spanning-tree portfast question

I can't find what I need in my lab notes, and even Lammlie's Sybex book doesn't mention it. I can't remember if the command "spanning-tree portfast" is supposed to be entered at global configuration mode, on a specific interface, or on the administrative VLAN port (I'm using router on a stick). Could someone clue me in? My final is tomorrow and I'm ironing out the last kinks in the network. Thanks.

portfast can be configured on both the interface and global config mode
on an interface mode use----spanning-tree portfast
to enable spanning-tree globally on the switch use
spanning portfast default
