Question about 640-801 test

For anyone who has taken the sole test to get CCNA certification - the 801 - does it go into much depth as far as what my Cisco 1 and 2 classes would cover? I'm starting Cisco 4 tomorrow, having finished 1, 2, and 3, and I'm thinking of just waiting now until I finish this class up to take the 801 test instead of the 821 and 811 - particularly since I've already failed the INTRO test twice. Why not just take the one, I'm thinking.

Financially, it would be better to wait to take the 640-801 AFTER Semester 4 because you may be eligible to receive a voucher code for a discount on the $125 that the 640-801 CCNA exam costs currently.

As far as depth, all I can say, which is probably something you know already, is that Cisco WILL test you to determine if you meet the minimum requirements for certification. The material covered is Semester 1 through 4 for the 640-801.

Still, roughly the same number of questions are on the 801 as well as, say, the 821; Cisco can go into greater depth when only testing half the material. It all comes out in the wash, but I'm leaning in the direction of the 801 now. My compatriots are urging me to take the 821 before I forget the material.

nha i dont think u would...i think u should be more confident dont waste no time...u should take advantage that u have free time and going on school...best advice just focus on it...if u preper eneugh u shoundt have any problems

Listen to whatever you think is best. Remember your the one taking the exam. Usually before i take an exam i feel very confident. Do you feel confident with All the material?
