Group Policy or other method of allowing users only to.....

TechJunkyTechJunky Member Posts: 881
I am looking to only allow users to print in black and white or better known as "Mono". Any ideas how this can be done to a group of users? I have an accounting group that only needs to print in black/white and I dont want to do this per user basis.

Thanks!

Are the printers network printers or locally attached?
    IT guy since 12/00

Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
    Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

How about adding another printer to the same print device but with the monochrome print setting as default, and then deploying a share of that printer to the group?
