Job Title?

What are job titles for someone who supports users (Trading floors and other parts of a bank) is it just Trade floor support? PC Technician? ... I was not given a title. Anyone in the same position?

You were not given a title because they want you to give a title to your position, so make it something smart, catchy and really knowlegable.
