BGP & FRAME-RELAY

I work for a noc and about 50% of the tkts we get are Frame-Relay related issues. Ive been studying fot the ccna for a few months and in my book they dont talk much about frame-relay at all. often times i find myself browsing the internet for ansewers. I am having the same issue with BGP. Can someone provide me a link to some usefull docs for me to study.

Ive only been in this job for about a month so i am still training. but it seems that what they do here is beyond the scope of the ccna.

For BGP I like:

Internet Routing Architectures, second edition by Sam Halabi

BGP Design and Implementation by Randy Zhang

For Frame Relay:

Cisco Frame Relay Solutions Guide by Jonathan Chin

These are some really good books on the topics, but of course you always have the DocCD on Cisco's website
